Tragic Car Crash Claims the Life of a Young Man and Leaves Another Injured in Pasadena

PASADENA, Md. – A devastating car accident occurred in the early hours of Friday morning in Pasadena, resulting in the untimely death of a 22-year-old man and leaving another individual severely injured.

The incident took place shortly after midnight when local authorities received an emergency call reporting a single-car crash at the intersection of Fort Smallwood Road and Bar Harbor Road. Upon investigation, it was revealed that a 2011 Infiniti G37 was traveling eastbound on Fort Smallwood Road when it veered off the roadway at the intersection, colliding with a utility pole on Bar Harbor Road.

Tragically, the passenger of the vehicle, identified as 22-year-old Damione Gardner from Baltimore, was pronounced dead at the scene by Anne Arundel County Fire Department officials. Meanwhile, the driver of the car sustained life-threatening injuries and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment.
