Philadelphia Police are currently conducting an investigation into a tragic homicide that took place on Thursday afternoon in the city. The authorities were alerted to the incident at approximately 2 p.m. when they received a report regarding a suspicious vehicle in the vicinity of Clyde Avenue and Powell Street.
