Assistant Commissioner of Police (Masoori), Naresh Kumar, revealed that the conflict between Shehzad and Chand did not end there. Upon reaching home, both parties reignited their fight, and more individuals joined in. It was during this chaotic confrontation that Shehzad, aided by an accomplice, allegedly stabbed Bashaarat, resulting in his untimely demise.

The Muradnagar police station received information about the stabbing incident around 10:30 pm, prompting them to dispatch a team to the scene. The injured victim was immediately rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, the doctors declared him dead upon arrival. In response to a complaint lodged by the victim’s family, the police initiated a swift investigation, leading to the arrest of two individuals linked to the murder.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Aasu, also known as Aas Mohammad, aged 34, and Shehzaad, aged 35. However, two other individuals involved in the crime managed to flee the scene. Law enforcement authorities are actively pursuing these absconding culprits and have launched search teams to bring them to justice.

The accused have been charged under section 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. Following their arrest, they were presented before the court and subsequently remanded to judicial custody.
