Accident – Death – Obituary News : WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — In a major breakthrough, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with a horrific triple homicide that occurred in Northwest, D.C. back in August. On December 5th, the authorities apprehended two suspects in Fort Washington, Md. The individuals in custody have been identified as 37-year-old Renza Bryant from Northwest, D.C., and 34-year-old Jalonte Thompkins from Northeast, D.C.
In a surprising turn of events, both Bryant and Thompkins waived their right to an extradition hearing, demonstrating a willingness to cooperate with the authorities. Subsequently, they were transported to MPD’s Homicide Branch, where they now face charges of first-degree murder while armed.
