Tragic Accident in Chhindwara Claims Three Lives

Chhindwara (MP), December 7, 2023 – In a devastating incident, three individuals lost their lives while another sustained injuries after a car collided with a minivan and subsequently hit a motorcycle in the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. The mishap occurred on Thursday during the early hours of the morning, leaving the community in shock and mourning.

Awdhesh Pratap Singh, the additional superintendent of police, provided details of the incident, stating that the car was en route to Seoni from Chhindwara when the accident transpired. The car first collided with a minivan coming from the opposite direction before striking a motorcycle, causing immense destruction and loss of life.

Tragically, the motorcyclist, identified as Sonu Chandrawanshi, aged 35, succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in serious injuries to two passengers who were traveling in the minivan. They were promptly rushed to the district hospital for immediate medical attention, but sadly, they could not be saved. The deceased have been identified as Mohanlal Sanodia, aged 40, and Annu Yadav, aged 35.

The car driver, who sustained critical injuries, was urgently referred to Nagpur for advanced medical treatment. The severity of the situation demanded specialized care and intervention to maximize the chances of his recovery.
