The Connecticut State Police promptly responded to the crash scene on Rt. 2 eastbound at approximately 9:40 p.m., following a distress call.
Upon arrival, the authorities discovered that a Chevy Equinox had veered off the road, resulting in a collision with a sturdy tree.
