Young Pharmacist Found Dead at Medchal Residence

A tragic incident unfolded in Medchal on Wednesday night when a 24-year-old pharmacist was discovered lifeless at his home. The deceased has been identified as Vishnu Prasad, who resided with his wife and in-laws at Bank Colony in Medchal.

The authorities have reported that the family had gone to a nearby temple that evening, leaving Prasad alone. However, upon their return around 10 p.m., they encountered a locked main door. Alarmed by the situation, they peered through a window and were devastated to find Prasad’s lifeless body.

Without wasting a moment, the family broke into the house and swiftly rushed him to a nearby hospital. Tragically, the attending doctors declared him dead upon arrival. To ascertain the cause of death, the authorities have decided to conduct a postmortem examination.

The police have registered a case under Section 174 (suspicious death) of the CrPC, following a complaint. While investigating the matter, they have taken into account the family’s claim that Prasad was grappling with personal issues. At this stage, they do not suspect any foul play in his untimely demise.
