Accident – Death – Obituary News : A new development has emerged in the case surrounding a fatal road accident on the Kundli-Manesar Highway, which resulted in the untimely demise of two businessmen. The authorities have successfully apprehended the driver responsible for the incident, identified as Ajit from Rajasthan. This tragic incident took place on the Kundli-Manesar Expressway in Cyber City Gurugram, where two businessmen tragically lost their lives. The accident occurred suddenly when the driver of a cargo vehicle (cantor) negligently applied the brakes without warning.

Initial information provided by Varun Dahiya, the ACP Crime, has revealed that the accused driver, Ajit, is a 25-year-old individual from Rajasthan. The police are currently interrogating Ajit to ascertain the reasons behind his careless braking on the highway, leading to this devastating accident.

The unfortunate incident unfolded on the Kundli-Manesar Expressway, as a cantor abruptly slammed on its brakes, resulting in a collision with a BMW traveling on the road. This unexpected maneuver caused a bike, carrying Prashant Narula and Paramjit Gambhir, riders from Delhi and Gurugram respectively, to collide with the cantor. The collision inflicted severe injuries upon both riders.

Promptly responding to the news of the accident on the Kundli-Manesar Expressway, the police swiftly arrived at the scene and initiated a thorough investigation. The cantor driver has been taken into custody for questioning, and the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.

According to the police, the group of friends from Delhi and Gurugram had embarked on a bike ride towards the Kundli-Manesar Expressway. However, their journey took a tragic turn when the cantor driver, allegedly driving recklessly, abruptly applied the brakes, resulting in the fatal collision.

The victims, Prashant Narula and Paramjit Gambhir, were rushed to the hospital after being extricated from underneath the cantor. Despite receiving immediate medical attention, both individuals succumbed to their injuries during the course of treatment.

Prashant Narula, a resident of North Avenue Road in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, worked as a director in the industry. On the other hand, Paramjit Gambhir resided in DLF Phase-1, Gurugram. Based on a complaint filed by a friend of the deceased, the police have registered a case against the cantor driver. The charges pressed include sections 304-A (causing death by negligence), 279 (rash driving), and 427 (mischief causing damage) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
