Lindsey, who currently resides in Harmony Township, was arrested in August 2019 in Sunrise, Florida, after allegedly repeatedly slamming her 2-year-old son’s head against a metal bed post. She was charged with aggravated child abuse.

Sunrise police reported that Lindsey became enraged when her son, who was outside their apartment with her sister, refused to come inside and watch TV. In a fit of anger, she threw the boy against a metal bed post, causing him to hit his head and cry uncontrollably.

Recently, on the weekend, the Harmony Township Police Department arrested Lindsey again after responding to a report about a 4-month-old baby who was not breathing at her home. Upon arrival, officers found a young male, later identified as the victim’s uncle, performing CPR on the baby in the basement.

Taking over the CPR, two officers instructed the uncle to go upstairs, while they continued their life-saving efforts. However, they soon realized that the baby was already cold to the touch and appeared to be deceased. Tragically, the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police report revealed that the baby was wearing a winter jacket despite the room being extremely warm and a nearby space heater. Lindsey informed the police that she had put her son to bed at 2 a.m. that morning, and when he woke up at 5 a.m., he hadn’t moved or made any noise since then.

Further questioning at the police department led Lindsey to confess that she had strangled her 4-month-old son to death that morning. Shockingly, she also admitted to suffocating her 2-year-old son to death approximately six weeks prior.

The police report did not specify whether the child Lindsey was accused of abusing in 2019 still resides with her or is under the custody of another guardian.

Lindsey now faces multiple charges, including murder, strangulation, and abuse of a corpse. As of Monday morning, she is being held without bond in the Beaver County Jail.
