Identified as Jesse Williams, aged 39, the man has been charged with driving while intoxicated. He was granted a $100 bond. The woman, Ashia Tillis, aged 27, has been charged with impersonating an officer, and her bond has been set at $10,000.

According to the reports, the incident occurred when Precinct 4 constable deputies conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the vicinity of the 16000 block of Pebble Bend Drive.

Law enforcement officials stated that Jesse Williams, the driver, exhibited clear signs of intoxication during the traffic stop. After refusing to perform standardized field sobriety tests, he was immediately detained. Constable Mark Herman mentioned that further investigation revealed that Williams had a blood alcohol content level of 0.139 and 0.140, as recorded by the breathalyzer test.

In a surprising turn of events, Ashia Tillis, who was the passenger in the vehicle, falsely identified herself as a police officer. Her intention, according to Constable Herman, was to impede the ongoing investigation.
