44-Year-Old David Valladares of San Benito, Texas, Struck and Killed in Tragic Pedestrian Accident on I-10 near Crowley

The incident occurred shortly after 3:00 a.m., leaving authorities to grapple with the tragic outcome.

The victim of this unfortunate incident has been identified as 44-year-old David Valladares, hailing from San Benito, Texas. As the investigation unfolded, troopers uncovered a series of events that led to this fatal collision. It was revealed that two individuals, occupants of a westbound vehicle, found themselves embroiled in a physical altercation. The driver ultimately decided to pull over to the shoulder, prompting both the driver and the rear passenger, Valladares, to exit the vehicle. It was during this altercation that Valladares found himself in the middle of the right westbound travel lane, where he was struck by a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am.
