Accident – Death – Obituary News : 24-Year-Old Tourist Stabbed to Death in Paris Terrorist Attack Identified as Retirement Home Nurse

Paris, France – In a shocking act of violence, a 24-year-old tourist was tragically stabbed to death in a terrorist attack in Paris over the weekend. The victim, identified only as Collin, was the first casualty of Armand Rajabpour-Miyandoab, a 26-year-old ISIS supporter who also injured a British man near the iconic Eiffel Tower.

The attack took place close to the Eiffel Tower on Saturday night, where Rajabpour-Miyandoab used a kitchen knife and a hammer to carry out the bloodshed. Collin, a German-Filipino national, was accompanied by his wife and another female friend when the assailant launched his brutal assault. France’s intelligence services were meant to be surveilling Rajabpour-Miyandoab, adding to the shock and outrage surrounding the incident.

Collin and his partner were both nurses who had been working in a retirement home in Germany since January. A source involved in the investigation revealed, “The murder victim was devoted to caring for other people. During his holiday in Paris, he had visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Disneyland.”

Following the attack on Collin, Rajabpour-Miyandoab, who repeatedly screamed “Aluhu Akbar” (Arabic for “God is the greatest”) and professed his support for ISIS, targeted a 66-year-old British national named Melvyn. Melvyn, who was on holiday, is currently recovering from a wound to his right eye in a central Paris hospital. The terrorist also attacked a 60-year-old French father named Thierry, who was out walking with his wife and child. Thierry remains hospitalized as well.

After a chase and the intervention of a heroic taxi driver, police were finally able to disable Rajabpour-Miyandoab using tasers. He is expected to face charges including terrorist murder.

France’s Interior Minister, Gérald Darmanin, confirmed that the suspect had been on an S-list, which is a surveillance list. Darmanin further revealed that Rajabpour-Miyandoab expressed anger at the mass killing of Muslims in Gaza by Israeli armed forces, claiming that “France was complicit.”

This is not the first time Rajabpour-Miyandoab has been involved in terrorist activities. In 2018, he was convicted and sentenced to five years in prison for terrorist conspiracy. However, he was released early in 2020 and placed on a treatment program for psychiatric and neurological problems. Born to two Iranian refugees in France, Rajabpour-Miyandoab converted to Islam in 2015 after being radicalized online by an ISIS supporter.

It has been discovered that Rajabpour-Miyandoab had forged online connections with other terrorists, including Larossi Aballa, who fatally stabbed two police officers in Magnanville in June 2016. Another Facebook friend was Adel Kermiche, one of the perpetrators of the stabbing of a Catholic priest in Saint-Étienne du Rouvray in the same year. Many of these individuals, including Rajabpour-Miyandoab, were on the S-Files, a list of individuals under surveillance, yet were still able to commit acts of terror.

Despite claiming to have completed a deradicalization program and renouncing terrorism, evidence from Rajabpour-Miyandoab’s online activity revealed his continued interest in constructing phosphorus bombs.

As the investigation unfolds, authorities are determined to bring justice to the victims and their families. The shocking attack serves as a stark reminder of the persistent threat posed by terrorism and the need for continued vigilance in combating extremist ideologies..
