The Gaza Ministry of Health has confirmed that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 15,207, including 6,150 children, with an additional 40,752 wounded. These figures were last updated on December 2, but due to communication breakdowns, they may not accurately reflect the current situation. Some rights groups estimate the death toll to be closer to 20,000.
Israeli airstrikes have intensified since the collapse of the truce on Friday morning, resulting in the deaths of close to 300 Palestinians and injuring hundreds in the Gaza Strip. Leaders from Brazil and Belgium have also expressed their concerns over civilian killings, urging Israel to exercise restraint.
