A young and ambitious 21-year-old girl, Nisha Yadav, pursuing her dreams of becoming a doctor through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), allegedly died by suicide in Kota, Rajasthan. The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 29, when Nisha hanged herself from a ceiling fan in her hostel room located in the Mahavir Nagar area of the city.

This tragic event marks the 29th reported case of suicide by a coaching student this year in Kota, a city known for its extensive coaching industry that attracts thousands of students every year.

Originally from the Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh, Nisha had been residing in Kota to prepare for her medical entrance exams. The news of her untimely death has left her family devastated and the entire community in shock.

Upon discovering Nisha’s lifeless body, no suicide note was found in her room, leaving unanswered questions about her state of mind and the circumstances leading up to this tragic decision.

It was Nisha’s father who first became concerned when she failed to answer his calls in the late hours of Wednesday. Worried, he contacted a member of the hostel staff, urging them to relay his message to Nisha. However, when Nisha did not respond or open her door, the staff decided to take immediate action.

Breaking open the door, the hostel staff was confronted by a harrowing sight. Nisha’s lifeless body hung from the ceiling, leaving everyone in a state of shock and disbelief.
