Bryan Rodriguez Lagunas, a 27-year-old resident of Woolwich, was lying in the roadway on Route 130 near Pine Street in Carneys Point when he was hit by a car in the early hours of November 24. Carneys Point Police Detective Joseph Racite provided these details.
