Initial reports indicate that the collision involved a black 2016 Toyota Corolla, driven by 18-year-old Isis Barber from Powder Springs, heading south on Forest Hill Road towards Buck Road. At the same time, 23-year-old Catone Sinclair, identified as the pedestrian, was crossing Forest Hill Road from the eastern sidewalk, outside a designated crosswalk, when the Toyota Corolla collided with him.

As a result of the collision, Catone Sinclair sustained severe injuries and was promptly transported to Kennestone Hospital for urgent medical attention. Meanwhile, Isis Barber, the driver of the Toyota Corolla, miraculously escaped unscathed.
