Accident – Death – Obituary News : Three individuals tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident on Saturday in Nayagarh district, Bhubaneswar. The victims were riding on a motorcycle when they collided head-on with a speeding car on National Highway-57 near Subalaya Square.

The deceased have been identified as Gokula Nayak (28) from Patamala, Nirakara Jani (27) from Tamala Sahi, and Deepak alias Manas Kumar Medinara (26) from Khandapada. All three victims were residents of Daspalla.

According to sources, the victims were returning home from Bhubaneswar when a car traveling from Chhattisgarh to Puri crashed into their motorcycle. Gokula Nayak died on the spot, while the other two succumbed to their injuries while being transported to the community health center in Daspalla. The driver of the car has been apprehended by the police.

Three out of the four individuals traveling in the car sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Mukesh Kumar Behera, the IIC of Daspalla police station, stated, “The driver has been booked. We have initiated an investigation and will take appropriate action in accordance with the law.”

Two motorcycles collided head-on near Mudikhera village in the Budera police station area. The deceased have been identified as Jitendra Lodhi, Guddi Lodhi, Nandlal Lodhi, and Vikram Lodhi. Jitendra Lodhi and his wife Guddi were riding one motorcycle, while Nandlal Lodhi was on a separate bike. The injured were immediately rushed to the district hospital for medical treatment.

In a heartwarming incident, a stray dog in Davanagere caused a biker to fall to his death. The dog walked several kilometers to the biker’s home, where it fought off other dogs and stayed to mourn. In yet another unfortunate incident, a 57-year-old Delhi Police sub-inspector named Ashok Kumar lost his life in a bike accident in Raj Nagar Extension. He was returning home from a wedding in Ghaziabad when the accident occurred. The impact of the crash was severe, resulting in the breaking of his helmet. Kumar suffered grave injuries to the head and shoulders and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital. Another accident on the Hapur-Modinagar road claimed the life of a 35-year-old biker named Robin Rana, who was hit by an unknown vehicle while being overtaken.
