According to the police, the argument between the couple arose from disagreements over Renuka’s birthday plans and the anniversary gift she desired. Renuka reportedly wanted to celebrate her birthday in Dubai and also expected a special gift for their anniversary. The couple had a heated fight over these matters, which escalated to the point where Renuka punched Nikhil in the face.

The police investigation revealed that Renuka, aged 36, had her birthday on September 18 and had expressed her desire to celebrate it in Dubai, but her husband did not fulfill her wish. Additionally, their wedding anniversary was on November 5, and Renuka had high expectations for a meaningful gift from Nikhil. She was also disappointed as she wanted to travel to Delhi for a relative’s birthday, but her husband did not respond favorably to her request.

In a fit of rage, Renuka allegedly punched her husband in the nose, causing him to bleed profusely and lose consciousness. Neighbors alerted the police, who rushed to the scene and immediately transported Nikhil to a local hospital. Tragically, doctors declared him dead upon arrival.

The police are now investigating whether Renuka used a blunt object to strike her husband. The exact cause of Nikhil’s death will be determined through an autopsy.
