50-Year-Old Gautam Mehdele Allegedly Dies by Suicide in Habibganj

According to Habibganj police station house officer (SHO) Manish Raj Singh Bhadoria, Gautam Mehdele used to live in Sai Baba Nagar along with his wife. They worked as house helps at various bungalows in the area. Gautam’s son and daughter-in-law also resided nearby.

On Friday evening, Gautam returned home earlier than his wife and locked himself in the washroom. Concerned about his well-being, his daughter-in-law went to check on him. To her dismay, she discovered that the washroom door was locked and there was no response from inside. Worried, she immediately informed Gautam’s wife, son, and other relatives.

In a desperate attempt to reach him, they broke open the door only to find Gautam hanging. The police were immediately contacted, and Gautam was rushed to JP Hospital. Tragically, the doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival, leaving his family devastated.
