Tragic Incident Claims the Life of a Two-Year-Old in Iowa
ORANGE CITY, Iowa – In a devastating turn of events, a two-year-old child lost their life in a tragic accident involving a fallen tree near Boyden, Iowa. The incident occurred on a farm residence located approximately one and a half miles southwest of Boyden on Monday.

According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, the child’s family was engaged in a tree-cutting activity when an unexpected tragedy unfolded. As they were working diligently to fell trees, a massive tree unexpectedly came crashing down, fatally striking the two-year-old victim, identified as Nathan Klok.
Authorities have revealed that the young child sustained severe trauma as a result of the incident and tragically lost their life at the scene of the accident. The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, along with the prompt assistance of the Boyden Ambulance and Boyden Fire Department, swiftly responded to the distressing incident.
