The deceased, identified as Ram Parasuram Bhosale, was found hanging at his residence. Following a complaint filed by Surekha Ram Bhosle, aged 49, the Mundhwa Police have registered a case against 18 individuals associated with this matter.

According to the complaint, Ram Bhosale had borrowed money from several individuals, including Rajesh, Raj Tawdan, Sidhu Mangawani, Balwinder Singh, Nandkumar Adsul, Shankar Patil, Ajit Irkal, and nine others, amounting to a total of five lakh rupees. The loans were primarily intended for his mother’s medical treatment and personal reasons. While he managed to repay four lakh rupees, the burden of the remaining one lakh rupees weighed heavily on him.

The complaint further reveals that Sidhu Mangwani, who facilitated an additional loan, received a commission of 50 thousand rupees for his services. The other accused individuals allegedly imposed exorbitant interest rates and extorted lakhs of rupees from Bhosale as commission. Despite his consistent repayments, the accused continued to demand interest money, leading to heightened stress and harassment for Bhosale.

Overwhelmed by the persistent troubles, Bhosale tragically chose to end his own life by hanging himself. In response, the Mundhwa Police have registered a case against all 18 individuals under Section 306 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation is currently underway as authorities delve deeper into the circumstances surrounding this heart-wrenching incident.
