The man, identified as Nilesh Dalsaniya, was reportedly forced to apologize by holding the woman’s footwear in his mouth after demanding his salary. The incident occurred on Wednesday, and Dalsaniya filed a complaint with the police.

The FIR states that Dalsaniya was hired by Patel at the beginning of October for a monthly salary of Rs 12,000. However, he was abruptly fired on October 18. When Dalsaniya asked for his salary for the 16 days he worked, Patel did not provide a clear answer and stopped responding to his calls.

On Wednesday evening, Dalsaniya, accompanied by his brother and neighbor, went to Patel’s office to confront her about the unpaid salary. However, Om Patel and several other individuals attacked the trio. Vibhuti Patel allegedly slapped Dalsaniya and dragged him to the terrace of the commercial complex.

The FIR further alleges that the accused, including Parikshit Patel, Om Patel, and unidentified men, beat Dalsaniya with belts, kicked and punched him. Vibhuti Patel forced him to put her footwear in his mouth and apologize for demanding his salary. She also threatened to harm him if he was seen in the Ravapar Crossroad area again.

Additionally, the accused filmed a video in which they coerced Dalsaniya into saying that he came to Patel’s office to extort money. After the incident, Dalsaniya was taken to Morbi civil hospital for treatment.
