Stephen Hovanic has been charged with pandering, a misdemeanor offense in Georgia, by the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office. It is alleged that he solicited sexual services from an undercover officer in a motel room where a two-day operation to combat human trafficking was being conducted.

During the operation, a total of 26 individuals were apprehended for various offenses, including pandering, prostitution, and pimping, as confirmed by the deputies involved.

Stephen Hovanic maintains that he believed he was procuring a massage, not engaging in sexual activity, from the woman who was, unbeknownst to him, an undercover officer.
