The accused, Nancy Rae Medina-Kochis, is currently in custody alongside the primary suspect, Hanme K. Clark, in New Mexico. Both individuals are awaiting extradition to Colorado, as confirmed by the Custer County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday evening.

Authorities apprehended Hanme Clark on Tuesday afternoon with the assistance of the New Mexico State Police, while Nancy Rae Medina-Kochis was found accompanying Clark during his arrest. These developments occurred approximately 24 hours after the initial shooting was reported. The victims have been identified as Rob Geers, James Daulton, Beth Wade Geers, and a fourth individual, Patty Daulton, who was transported to a hospital in Colorado Springs for treatment.
