Jayana Webb, 23, was operating her vehicle while impaired in March 2022 when she struck Pennsylvania State Troopers Martin Mack III and Branden Sisca, as well as a pedestrian identified as Reyes Rivera Oliveras. The collision resulted in the deaths of all three individuals, according to a report by Law Officer last year.

In court records, Webb pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including third-degree murder and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. She has now been sentenced to 27½ to 60 years in prison for her crimes, as reported by Fox News Digital.

The tragic incident occurred on March 21, 2022, shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Interstate 95. Troopers Mack and Sisca were responding to a report of Oliveras walking on I-95 southbound near the stadium area. While they were taking Oliveras into custody and walking him back to their patrol unit, Webb, driving at a high rate of speed, struck and killed all three individuals.

It was later revealed that troopers had briefly stopped Webb prior to the fatal crash after receiving notice of the pedestrian walking on the interstate. A dashcam recording from the cruiser showed that the stop lasted less than a minute before the troopers were dispatched to the scene, according to law enforcement authorities.

Webb’s blood alcohol content was tested following the crash and was found to be twice the legal limit.

Authorities also discovered that Webb had tweeted about the encounter with the troopers just moments before the crash, stating, “why the cop pull me & he say im doing 110 ina 50.” This tweet, along with another where she boasted about being able to drive while intoxicated, has since been deleted.

Trooper Sisca had been with the Pennsylvania State Police since February 2021, while Trooper Mack had served since November 2014. Both troopers were assigned to the department’s Troop K section in Philadelphia.
