Coming in at number six on the list is South Sioux City, which recorded 30 violent crimes in 2019 with a population of 12,771, resulting in a rate of 2.35 violent crimes per 1,000 residents. Scottsbluff, with a population of 15,862, had 53 violent crimes in 2019, equating to a rate of 3.34 per 1,000 residents, placing it at number five on the list.
