On the night of November 19, a heated dispute over bursting firecrackers in Bihar’s Vaishali district escalated into violence, leaving three individuals injured from gunshots. The incident unfolded at approximately 9 PM in Belka village.

The victims, who sustained gunshot wounds, were immediately rushed to Patna for medical treatment. Authorities have initiated a thorough investigation into the matter, and further details are awaited as the inquiry progresses.

This unfortunate incident comes just weeks after a similar altercation turned fatal in Rajkot’s Morbi road area. On October 12, a 23-year-old man named Sagar Gadhvi lost his life after being stabbed by three assailants during a dispute over firecrackers. The Rajkot B Davidson police have identified the suspects as Shubham alias Subo Ribadiya, Karan Zinzuwadia, and Karana Ribadiya.

Following the incident, the accused individuals were charged with murder, and law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing their arrest.

In yet another incident related to firecracker disputes, two brothers were apprehended after allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old man and causing injuries to another person in Mumbai’s Govandi on October 12. The accused siblings have been identified as Nilesh Bhalerao and Nikhil.

An FIR has been lodged against the brothers, and they have been arrested from their residence. They are facing charges under sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 34 (common intent) of the Indian Penal Code.
