Accident – Death – Obituary News : Woman Killed in Traffic Collision in Garden Grove

Garden Grove, CA – A tragic traffic collision claimed the life of a 48-year-old female transient on Monday morning. The incident occurred along the 12000 block of Haster Street in Garden Grove.

Authorities have not released the identity of the victim, who died at the scene of the collision. The Garden Grove police responded to calls about a vehicle versus pedestrian accident at around 5:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found the pedestrian unresponsive.

The Orange County Fire Authority also arrived at the scene to provide assistance. The collision involved a silver 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, driven by a 55-year-old resident from Anaheim. The driver’s identity has not been disclosed.

According to authorities, there is no suspicion of alcohol or drugs being a factor in the collision. However, an investigation is still ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.
