Accident – Death – Obituary News : Ludhiana: Tragedy struck on Friday night when a collision between a motorcycle and a car claimed the lives of two individuals and left one seriously injured. The incident occurred at Lalheri road near Khanna. The deceased have been identified as 21-year-old Rohit and Navi, both hailing from Lohari Kalan. The injured victim, Harpreet Singh, aged 18, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

According to sources, the victims were returning to their villages after attending a wedding in the Khanna area. As they reached Lalheri Road, their motorcycle collided with a car coming from the opposite direction. The impact of the collision threw all three individuals off the bike, resulting in the immediate death of Rohit and Navi. Harpreet Singh sustained severe injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Shockingly, the driver of the car fled the scene after the accident, leaving the victims in a state of distress. However, authorities have taken swift action and have already booked the driver. DSP Khanna Rajesh Sharma assured that the responsible party will be held accountable for their actions.
