Detectives have confirmed that a man from Sicklerville passed away after spending a week in critical condition in a hospital following a shooting incident in Camden. The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office reported that the incident occurred just after noon on November 9th when officers responded to a shooting on the 800 block of North 8th Street in Camden.

Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officials discovered a man who was later identified as 26-year-old Victor Lebron from Sicklerville. Lebron had sustained a gunshot wound and was immediately transported to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. Tragically, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, Lebron’s condition remained critical. On the late afternoon of November 16th, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away.

The investigation into this heartbreaking incident is currently classified as active and ongoing, with detectives working diligently to uncover the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
