Bengaluru Tragedy: Mother and Infant Daughter Electrocuted Due to Exposed Electric Wire

The victims have been identified as Soundarya, a 23-year-old woman, and her nine-month-old daughter Suviksa Liya. Soundarya, who resided in AKG Colony under the jurisdiction of the Kadugodi police station, was walking on the footpath while carrying her daughter when she accidentally stepped on a live electric wire. The immediate consequence was a fatal electrocution.
