Mi’Quavis Taylor, the alleged suspect in the Twin Falls parking lot shooting on November 15 that left a man injured, was taken into custody by the Boise Police Department (BPD) after being identified by the Twin Falls Police Department (TFPD). Following Taylor’s arrest, he provided information that led authorities to another suspect in the Capri Drive shooting.

As previously reported by KTVB, the victim of the Capri Drive shooting has been identified as 32-year-old Fred Rodriguez from Twin Falls. Rodriguez was fatally shot on Tuesday morning after discovering an individual inside his car and confronting them. The suspect then fled the scene in a white truck.

Emergency services were alerted to the Capri Drive shooting at 1:47 a.m. Despite their efforts to provide first aid, Rodriguez succumbed to his gunshot wound at the scene.

Regarding the Twin Falls parking lot shooting, Mi’Quavis Taylor has been charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault, with a bond set at $1 million.
