Accident – Death – Obituary News : St. Charles Parish, Louisiana – In a tragic incident that occurred on Tuesday, November 14, a 25-year-old man named Keron Khalil Briggs was shot and killed in St. Rose. The incident took place around 2:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Turtle Creek Lane. Deputies from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a call regarding a person shot inside a car at the corner of River Road and St. Rose Avenue.

Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officials discovered Briggs suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) immediately transported him to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away.

Following a thorough investigation, authorities were able to identify and apprehend the alleged shooter involved in the incident. Marco Henderson, a 16-year-old, was taken into custody by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office on Friday, November 17. Henderson has been charged with second-degree murder.
