According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, a state trooper pulled over a vehicle for exceeding the speed limit on the interstate near 7 Mile Road at approximately 11:30 a.m. Upon approaching the vehicle, the trooper noticed indications of possible intoxication and proceeded to conduct field sobriety tests. Unfortunately, the 41-year-old driver, identified as Darnell Freeman, failed these tests, further raising suspicions of impaired driving.

Freeman was promptly arrested and transported to a nearby hospital to undergo a legal blood draw procedure. Subsequent records checks revealed that the driver had a BAC (blood alcohol concentration) restriction of 0.02 and was currently out on bond from a separate OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) case in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

As per court records, Freeman is now facing charges of OWI and two counts of felony bail jumping. During his court appearance on Friday, his bail was set at £2,500. Additionally, he received citations for speeding and violating license restrictions.
