Prince William Police Department Investigates Sexual Assault

Prince William Police Department: The Prince William Police Department has recently concluded an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Bristow. The incident took place on April 22 and involved a 19-year-old woman who was prevented from leaving the residence before being sexually assaulted by an acquaintance. The investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted multiple times before the parties eventually separated and the victim was able to leave the premises. On November 13, the accused, Cailin Kalief Lamar ASH, was arrested and charged with two counts of rape and one count of abduction with intent to defile. ASH, 19, resides at 10013 Orland Stone Drive in Bristow and is currently being held without bond. The court date is pending.

Armed Robbery: On November 15, an armed robbery took place at the ABC Store located on Richmond Highway in Woodbridge. According to the investigation, a man concealed a bottle of liquor and threatened two employees as he left the store, implying that he had a weapon. However, no weapon was seen or brandished during the incident. The suspect is described as a tall black male with a thin build, wearing a fitted cap and a black trench coat.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm: On November 15, officers responded to a shots fired call in the 16800 block of Miranda Lane in Woodbridge. The investigation revealed that a group of males, possibly juveniles, were gathered in the area when gunfire erupted. Some members of the group fled in vehicles, while others escaped on foot. Upon inspection of the scene, officers discovered several parked vehicles that had been struck by gunfire, but fortunately, no injuries or additional property damage were reported.

Attempted Residential Burglary: On November 14, officers were called to investigate an attempted burglary at a residence on Wainscott Place in Woodbridge. Surveillance footage revealed that an unknown man tried to gain entry through the secured front door, but was unsuccessful. No property was reported missing from the home. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 20-30 years old, standing between 5’5-6’0, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a blue zip-up sweater.

Pedro Pablo NARVAEZ TOLEDO

Domestic Dispute Leads to Abduction: A domestic dispute occurred on November 15 at a residence on Campaign Court in Manassas. The victim, a 30-year-old woman, was involved in a verbal altercation with an acquaintance, which escalated into physical aggression. The accused, Pedro Pablo NARVAEZ TOLEDO, pushed the victim and prevented her from leaving the room. Eventually, the victim managed to escape and contacted the police. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, NARVAEZ TOLEDO, 38, was arrested and charged with abduction and domestic assault & battery. He resides in the 10800 block of Campaign Court in Manassas and is currently being held without bond. The court date is pending.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer: On November 15, officers responded to an intoxicated individual in the parking lot area of Dorothy Lane in Woodbridge. The investigation revealed that the accused, Jose Alfonso AGUILAR-HERNANDEZ, was lighting items on fire. When officers attempted to detain AGUILAR-HERNANDEZ, he actively resisted and struck one of the officers. Fire and rescue personnel intervened and helped apprehend the accused. While in custody, AGUILAR-HERNANDEZ attempted to kick out the window of the police cruiser and struck the officer again before being re-secured. The officer sustained minor injuries. The Fire Marshal’s Office assisted in the investigation. AGUILAR-HERNANDEZ, 31, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with assault & battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, and being intoxicated in public. He is currently being held without bond. The court date.
