Accident – Death – Obituary News : EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – In a recent incident, a 31-year-old individual has been apprehended and is now facing charges of burglary of habitation and resisting arrest. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reported this arrest on Friday, November 10.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of Clipper Road in response to an ongoing burglary of habitation. Upon their arrival, they encountered the victim who had managed to escape through a window. The victim recounted that an intruder had forcefully entered her residence and was still inside.

In order to apprehend the suspect, deputies had to resort to forced entry into the property. Inside, they confronted the man who displayed defiance towards their verbal commands and actively resisted arrest.

The suspect has been identified as Ray Vaughn Wright, aged 31. Following his apprehension, he was promptly processed and confined in the El Paso County Detention Facility.

Wright now faces charges of burglary of habitation, with a set bond of £10,000. Additionally, he is charged with resisting arrest, which carries a bond of £3,500.
