Accident – Death – Obituary News : Devon Elliot Rhodes, aged 31, has been charged with murder in connection with the tragic shooting death of Kendrick Wilder, an employee of Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). In response to the tragic event, PVAMU President Tomikia P. LeGrande expressed her condolences and shared a message with the university community.
