Two Brothers Arrested in Connection to Fatal Stabbing in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – In a tragic incident that unfolded north of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport over the weekend, two brothers have been apprehended by the Phoenix Police Department for their alleged involvement in a deadly stabbing.

The authorities received a distress call on Saturday evening, summoning them to the intersection of 32nd and Roosevelt streets, where a man was reported to be severely injured. Upon their arrival, the officers discovered 33-year-old Milton Gonzales suffering from a critical stab wound. He was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries, tragically losing his life.

Following an intensive investigation, law enforcement officers were able to establish a connection between the crime and two suspects, identified as 24-year-old Gabriel Celaya and 37-year-old Robert Celaya. The brothers were subsequently located and taken into custody on multiple charges, including the grave offense of murder.

At present, the precise circumstances leading up to the brutal attack remain undisclosed, pending further investigation by the authorities.
