27-Year-Old Saurabh Kumar Found Dead in Ghazipur, Delhi

Accident – Death – Obituary News : New Delhi [India], November 15 (ANI): The Delhi Police announced on Wednesday that the lifeless body found in a blood-soaked car in East Delhi’s Ghazipur earlier today has been identified as that of a 27-year-old man from Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh. The deceased has been identified as Saurabh Kumar.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, East Delhi, Amrutha Guguloth, the police received a distress call around 6 in the morning reporting a gunshot victim. The police team immediately rushed to the scene and discovered the man, who had been shot, inside a vehicle. It was revealed that Saurabh Kumar, along with three of his office colleagues, was returning from a night shift when the incident occurred. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.

The victim’s body displayed a head injury, and a car was found parked at the location. The police have preserved the body in the mortuary of Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital (LBS) for further examination. In an effort to gather potential leads, the police are currently reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas.

The deceased, who was married, worked at a power plant called Ghazipur Dairy Farm. He was driving the car while his friend Chander Prakash occupied the co-driver seat. Fortunately, the other passengers in the vehicle did not sustain any injuries.

Forensic experts from the crime team conducted an inspection of the crime scene and collected exhibits for analysis. The police are taking necessary legal action in the case and are determined to solve the investigation.

The Centralised Accidents and Trauma Services (CATS) ambulance was summoned to the scene, and the medical personnel declared the victim dead. The police have also revealed that the car involved in the incident had a registration from Uttar Pradesh.
