**Daytona Beach, FL -** A disturbing incident unfolded in Daytona Beach when a 20-year-old woman, Zehra Percy, allegedly fired shots into another woman’s car, which had a one-year-old child in the backseat. It is believed that Percy, who was involved in a love triangle, acted upon her anger using a firearm belonging to her “sugar daddy.” The Volusia Sheriff’s Office has charged her with shooting into a vehicle, a felony offense.

The incident took place on the evening of November 4 in front of an apartment complex in Daytona Beach. The victim, who was heading to Wendy’s with her child, noticed a car parked in front of their building. Strangely, this vehicle had been seen driving past her home multiple times in the preceding days. Intrigued by its presence, she parked close to it and witnessed her boyfriend and the father of her child leaving an unfamiliar apartment with another woman, identified as Zehra Percy.

A heated argument ensued, during which witnesses heard someone shout, “She has a gun.” Surveillance footage obtained by deputies revealed Percy rushing to her car, opening the trunk, retrieving an object, and pointing it down the street towards the victim. Allegedly, she then proceeded to fire several shots at the woman’s car, where her one-year-old child was seated in the back, before fleeing the scene accompanied by an unidentified individual.

Fortunately, neither the victim nor her child sustained any injuries. However, upon investigation, two shell casings and a live bullet were discovered in front of the apartment building. Regrettably, the firearm used in the incident was not recovered at the scene.

Percy was identified in a lineup by a witness and subsequently apprehended during a traffic stop on November 10. She was found in the company of two other individuals. Percy was taken into custody and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail. A $5,000 bond was set, which she has since posted, securing her release.

During questioning, Percy allegedly informed deputies that she had returned the gun to her “sugar daddy,” leaving the whereabouts and owner of the firearm unclear according to the affidavit.

Percy is expected to face charges related to the incident, while the investigation remains ongoing. The victim, who claimed to have never seen Percy before, is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

This shocking event serves as a reminder of the dangers that can arise from love triangles and the potential for violence to escalate. The community awaits justice as the legal process unfolds and strives to ensure the safety and well-being of its residents..
