The Concord Police Department is actively pursuing the investigation, exploring potential links between Fugate and other criminal activities that may have occurred while he was operating the stolen vehicle. Authorities are working diligently to gather all necessary evidence for the case, which has been forwarded to the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office for further consideration.
