Suspect Vehicle Passenger Shot by Deputies in Tuscarawas County Pursuit

Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Tuscarawas County Jail on felony charges of failure to comply and felonious assault. Additionally, he was found to have multiple arrest warrants and no valid driver’s license.

The front seat passenger, who was struck by the deputy’s weapon, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Thankfully, no officers were injured during the incident.
