Tragically, Tellez-Zelaya executed a U-turn directly in front of the motorcyclist, resulting in a devastating collision.

The Rialto Police Department conducted a thorough investigation into the incident, utilizing witness accounts and physical evidence gathered from the scene to support their findings. The authorities have determined that impairment was not a contributing factor in the collision.
