Accident – Death – Obituary News : Tragic Road Accident Claims Life of Lorry Driver on Dhaka-Aricha Highway
Savar, Dhaka – In a devastating road accident on the Dhaka-Aricha highway, a lorry driver lost his life while two others sustained injuries this morning. The deceased has been identified as Shohel Rana, aged 45, according to Sheikh Abu Hasan, the officer-in-charge of Savar Highway Police Station.

The incident occurred in the Savar Thana Stand area of the highway at around 6:00 am when a lorry collided with a parked truck. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in the immediate death of the lorry driver. The injured passengers of the van were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, informed the OC.
Following the accident, both vehicles involved were promptly removed from the highway by the authorities. The body of the deceased has been kept at the Savar Highway Police Station for further legal procedures and investigation.
