NECESSITY OF CRASH INVESTIGATION

In the United States, the majority of accidents, approximately 90 percent, occur due to factors that drivers can control. Speeding, impaired driving, reckless behavior, and distracted driving are leading causes of fatal collisions. By avoiding these behaviors, motorists can significantly reduce the risk of accidents and save countless lives.

According to the latest crash report from the Arizona Department of Transportation, an average of 3 to 4 individuals lost their lives in crashes each day in 2022, with 144 people sustaining injuries.

A motor vehicle accident can result in physical and other damages that can drastically impact an individual’s daily life. It is crucial for victims to seek immediate assistance from an experienced attorney who possesses the necessary resources and expertise to navigate through this life-altering event and help them secure fair compensation.

“To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the events leading up to a fatal motor vehicle accident and to establish negligence, it is imperative to utilize all available resources,” stated Rebecca Setlow, a legal analyst and attorney at Fidelity Legal.

PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS

Based on the outcome of the ongoing investigation, the individuals injured in this collision may have grounds to pursue a personal injury lawsuit.

“Major injury accidents often result in numerous hardships for victims, extending beyond physical and emotional pain. These can include lost wages and substantial past and future medical expenses. The road to recovery from such a traumatic and overwhelming event typically requires guidance and emotional support from others,” added Setlow.

Insurance companies often aim to settle claims for the least amount possible, particularly when victims are unrepresented. An experienced attorney understands how to effectively negotiate with insurance companies and can help victims secure the rightful compensation for the damages they have suffered.
