Pearland Authorities Conducting Investigation into Heartbreaking Incident
The Pearland Police Department has launched an extensive investigation into the tragic death of a six-year-old child. The unfortunate incident occurred at a residence situated in the 12300 Block of Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland, Texas. Authorities are diligently working to determine the circumstances surrounding the child’s untimely demise.
Elaboration on the Incident
On Friday morning, officers from the Pearland Police Department swiftly responded to a distress call reporting a gunshot wound at the aforementioned residence. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of the six-year-old child. The child’s father, identified as 27-year-old Da Leon Jarun Fontennet, has been taken into custody and is currently facing charges of illegal possession of a firearm due to his status as a felon. However, at this stage, no charges have been directly linked to the child’s tragic death.
