Human Remains Identified as Bradley White, Missing for over Three Years

Oil Creek State Park, located in Venango County, Pennsylvania, has become the site of a long-awaited breakthrough in a missing person case. Titusville Public Safety Commissioner Dustin LeGoullon confirmed that the human remains discovered in the park have been positively identified as those of Bradley White, who had been missing since November 1, 2018.

The 46-year-old White was last seen walking away from a friend’s house on West Main Street in Titusville after a minor altercation. Throughout the years, his disappearance has remained a mystery, causing distress to his family and friends. However, the recent discovery has provided some closure to the ongoing investigation.

The remains were found on April 15, 2022, by individuals who were fishing in the scenic Oil Creek State Park. Their shocking discovery led them to contact local authorities, who then initiated an extensive investigation into the matter.

Forensic Analysis Provides Valuable Insights

In order to gain further insights into the circumstances surrounding Bradley White’s disappearance and subsequent death, the remains were sent to Dennis Dirkmaat, a renowned forensic pathologist associated with Mercyhurst University. Dirkmaat’s expertise will be crucial in determining the cause and manner of White’s demise.

Collaborative Investigation Efforts

Due to the location of the discovery within Venango County, the Franklin state police have taken the lead in the investigation, with the Titusville police offering their full support and assistance.
