Carlos Mosley, 23, and Amari McGee, 22, both residents of Belleville, have been taken into custody in connection with the crime. The victim, identified as Tyrese Owens, 21, of Collinsville, was found lying next to the road with a significant cut to his torso. Unfortunately, Owens was pronounced dead by the Madison County Coronor’s Office.
