A man has been apprehended by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly brandishing a firearm during a road rage incident in Loma Linda. The incident, which took place on November 6, occurred at the intersection of Redlands Boulevard and Anderson Avenue at approximately 12:25 p.m.

According to reports, the victims and the suspect came to a halt beside each other at the aforementioned intersection. It was at this point that the suspect, who was driving a black Honda Civic, menacingly pointed a black handgun at the victims, instilling a sense of fear and jeopardizing their lives.

Following a thorough investigation, deputies identified the owner of the vehicle as Orlando Iniquez, a 24-year-old resident of San Bernardino. Iniguez was subsequently positively identified as the suspect who had allegedly wielded the firearm in a threatening manner towards the victims.

Prompt action was taken by detectives assigned to the Central Station, who executed multiple search warrants in their pursuit of justice. During the operation, three firearms registered to Iniguez were successfully recovered, bolstering the evidence against him.

Recognizing the severity of the charges against him, Iniguez voluntarily surrendered himself at the Central Detention Center. He was subsequently booked for his active arrest warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. At present, the suspect remains in custody, with bail set at $250,000.
