35-year-old Dr Pallab Bajpai assaulted by Kumar Vishwas’ security personnel in Ghaziabad

The Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Indirapuram, Swatantra Singh, stated that the initial investigation revealed that the claim made by Kumar Vishwas regarding the incident turned out to be false. As a result, an FIR has been registered at the Indirapuram police station against the security personnel of Kumar Vishwas under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 392 (punishment for robbery), 147 (punishment for rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with a deadly weapon), 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation).

Kumar Vishwas took to social media platform X to share his side of the story. He posted, “Today, while going to Aligarh, when I left my house in Vasundhara, on the banks of Hindon, a car driver tried to attack the car of the security personnel traveling with him by hitting the car from both sides. When I got down, the security personnel interrogated that person. When he was stopped, he attacked not only the UP police constable but also the security personnel of the central forces.
